Country home with a patio on a large finca with a community pool in the natural reserve

This rural property is quietly located on a large finca in Barranco del Pinar in Moya on Gran Canary Island.

The patio is furnished with a table and chairs, a barbecue and a sun loungers and great for relaxing. The 600 m² communal patio houses the pool, sun loungers and a sun shade. Enjoy the gorgeous views over forest, the landscape, all the way to the ocean. The property offers parking.

The house was renovated; the result is a mix of modern and traditional elements. The open plan living/dining room/kitchen is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed, a vanity and a wardrobe.
