There are no immediate neighbours, so you can enjoy the exclusive location and panoramic views without having to take others into consideration. The lush pool at the heart of the well-kept outdoor area measures 5 x 10 metres. It is also equipped with a semi-circular extension that houses the steps that allow you to enter the pool with ease. A total of ten luxurious sun loungers and a parasol are available for you to relax under the Mediterranean sky. The spacious pool terrace offers plenty of room for the loungers and the expansive view invites you to unwind and relax. Those who prefer the covered terrace can take a seat there and enjoy the marvellous panorama. This wonderful place is sure to be the focal point of any holiday. The attractive and comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the dining tables. How luxurious it is to have breakfast here in the morning or organise a culinary barbecue with friends in the evening! The villa is particularly atmospheric and romantic at night when the evening lights come on. There are two horses and several chickens on the grounds. The living room with its marble vaulted ceiling offers extremely comfortable sofas where you can relax at any time of day. On cool evenings, a crackling fire provides even more cosiness. The flat-screen TV has a satellite connection so that you can be entertained with a good film whenever the mood takes you. The house is also equipped with a DVD and CD player and WLAN. From the living room you have access to the terrace and the kitchen. The dining area is integrated into the living room. The walls are adorned with luminous marble and classy shelves that exude a magical charm. The superbly equipped modern kitchen houses a large fridge with freezer compartment, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and gas hob, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has another dining table.

The storage room and laundry room are adjacent. Individually designed bedrooms with exceptional aesthetics invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Here, everyone can find and enjoy their own place to relax. The bedrooms are of course just as splendidly designed. These are presented in different styles, each original and some with cheerful colour accents, while at the same time impressing with their first-class furnishings. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't have to bring them with you.

Villa Son Gener is in a quiet location with no immediate neighbours in the eastern part of the island, between Manacor and the bay of Alcúdia.
