The house is very comfortable, furnished with refinement with some antique furniture and it is composed by ground floor: dinning/sitting room with fireplace; fully equipped kitchen; toilet; first floor: small library/reception; 2 twins bedrooms with a common bath; and attic: 1 double bedroom with private bath.
It is surrounded by a small farm, including gardens, orchads and agriculture products, being same at clients' disposal, free of charge.
In the garden there is a portable barbecue, as well as chairs and table.
In the neighbourhood, there is possibilities of walking in the mountains and alongside the "Levadas" (water-channels).
