Holiday apartments with a big garden and a wonderful mountain view

You will feel comfortable in this house with a tradition spanning more than 65 years. It enjoys a wonderfully quiet location in Miesenbach, with an open view of meadows, forests and the unique Ruhpolding mountain backdrop. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful landscape.

The two-family house built in 1944 was extensively renovated in 2001. The apartments have their own separate entrances and central heating. Guests can also use the sunny, west-facing terrace for grilling. A charcoal grill and an electric grill are available. The big lawn invites you to sunbathe.

There are hiking and cycling paths right from the doorstep. This is an ideal starting point for trips and hikes up to the Zinnkopf. The Traun water meadows are nearby, ideal also for dog owners.

Apartment in Siegsdorf with South-Facing Balcony and Mountain View

The light apartment on the first floor provides 38m² of living space for a maximum of three people. The bedroom measures 14.5m² and has a double bed, a cupboard and balcony door, a seating group and laminate flooring. The kitchen unit in the living room-kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink, two cooking rings, crockery and cooking appliances, as well as a coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster and kettle. The living room-kitchen of 14.1m² has PVC flooring and a sofa bed, various cupboards, a dining suite, satellite TV, wireless Internet access, board games and a balcony door and window. The bathroom measures 4.2m² and has a window with daylight, a WC, a bath with a shower attachment, washbasin, cupboard with a mirror, and tiled flooring. The wide, furnished, south-facing balcony measures 7m² and you can start the day with a leisurely breakfast and a lovely mountain view. Note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.

New in 2015: a tool shed for our guests, with garden furniture, a grill and space for bicycles and sports equipment, and an electricity connection for e-bikes. A travel bed and highchair are now available for toddlers. New in 2015 on the upper floor: new dining suite and furnishing, new hallway area.

Other extras: the Freizeitspass leisure card is included free of charge and entitles you to free cable car rides on Rauschberg, free rides on the chairlift to Unternberg, and daily 3 hours of aquatic fun in the Vita-Alpina leisure pool, and daily free entry to the outdoor pool with a slide (in summer), free entry to the fabulous leisure park for the whole family, free entry to the Ruhpolding local museum and the Holzknechtmuseum, free entry to the ice skating rink in winter, free use of the local and regional buses (as far as Inzell, Reit im Winkl, Bad Reichenhall, Traunstein), free parking on public car parks within Ruhpolding (you receive a parking permit). There is also a children’s programme. All of this will ensure that your stay with us in Chiemgau will be the most enjoyable days of the year. We look forward to seeing you!

    “Im großen und ganzen soweit ok. Mit den Wohnungsinhabern hatten wir nur kurz Kontakt Positiv: Die Putzfrau haben wir auch kennengelernt, eine super, nette Frau Negativ: Die Parkplätze sind nur bis Autotyp Golf ok für größere zu kurz und eng. Die Plastikblumen muss man unbedingt entfernen, einfach grausam, im September Osterglocken, schrecklich!!!!!!!!”

    “Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Positiv: Eine nette kleine Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge, gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bereit auch im Sommer an kühlen Tagen die Heizung einzuschalten.”
