Spacious Holiday Home in Juelsminde Jutland with Garden

A holiday cottage located on a large property, only 100 metres from the beach. There are terraces with furniture outdoors, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The plot is enclosed so children can run around freely. The kitchen has an open connection to the bright living room with an inflow of lights from east and south. There are plenty of channels on the 48" large flat screen TV. The house is located only 50 metres from a football field and there are several playgrounds within a radius of 150 metres. The house has plenty of cupboard space.

    “Schönes Haus und für sechs Personen völlig ausreichend. Großes, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer, das allerdings an kälteren Tagen nur schwer aufzuheizen ist. Die drei Elektroheizungen schlucken relativ viel Strom, was sich bei der Endabrechnung eventuell bemerkbar macht.

    Ausstattung und Qualität der Gegenstände gut. Nur ein Toaster fehlt. Das Bad hat unserer Meinung nach keine Fußbodenheizung, sondern ebenfalls nur einen Heizkörper an der Wand. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft trotz geschlossener Türen raus auf die Fließen und hinterlässt ziemlich große Pfützen. Das hätte man baulich besser lösen müssen (durch Absenkung oder größere Abflüsse).

    Der Kühlschrank ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die einstellbaren Zahlen repräsentieren NICHT die eingestellte Gradzahl, sondern die Stärke der Kühlung. Stufe 6 ist demnach schon fast nah am Frost, besser sind 1 oder 2 bei besonders verderblichen Waren.

    Stromzähler ist hinter dem Haus an der Seite der kleinen Gartenhütte. Im Dunkeln natürlich nur schwer ablesbar, weil eine Lichtquelle fehlt.

    Juelsminde in ca. 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar und hat alles, was man benötigt. Der Spar auf der Schnellstraße nach Juelsminde ist schlecht sortiert, empfehlenswerter ist Superbrugsen in Juelsminde.

    Schöner Spielplatz in der Siedlung ein paar Straßen weiter. Strand ok, aber nichts besonderes. Viele tote Quallen.”
