The apartment is absolutely centrally located in the Sallustio Ludovisi Veneto old town district near the Porta Pia and the popular Via Veneto, well-known through Fellini’s film “La Dolce Vita”.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of an elegant historical building with a lift. It is suitable for six people and comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, a big cupboard and a TV, the other provides three single beds, a desk and also a big cupboard. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, as well as a dining table with chairs and a TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, wall table and washing machine. Biscuits, tea and coffee are also provided for a little Italian breakfast, as well as some condiments for cooking, such as oil and salt. The rooms have heating. Fans provide cool air on hot days. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the apartment.
There are payable, public parking spaces nearby, as well as several underground parking garages.
Owing to the central location there are many shops in the immediate vicinity. The district is also optimally connected to public transport. It is less than a kilometre to the main train station Roma Termini.
