Villa Splendida consist of two floors with a total area of 200 square meters. On the ground floor is a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 8 seats, a large glass wall overlooking the outdoor terrace and pool. The glass wall can be open so the living room and the outside area of the pool can become an unique space for families and friends to connect... On the ground floor is also a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, and a fitness room with equipment for practice. One bedroom has twin beds.
