Inviting outbuilding on the grounds of a beautiful 19th century villa in Riva del Garda, just 700 metres from Lake Garda. View of the Dolomites and a view of the lake. The accommodation is spread over 2 floors with entrance on the first floor: kitchen and living room with fireplace. A staircase leads to the ground floor with open-plan double bedroom with bathroom. Modern furnishings with attention to detail. From the living room, an external staircase leads to the romantic English-style private garden of 200 m2 with agaves and palm trees, equipped for outdoor dining.

Good location for visiting the picturesque village of Riva del Garda, a favourite with windsurfers. 11 km from Limone sul Garda, where you can visit the "Limonaia del Castel" lemon garden in the old town centre. For motorcyclists, we recommend the "Strada della Forra" in Tremosine (19 km), one of the most scenic roads in the world, in the heart of the Alto Garda Nature Park, with breathtaking views over the western shore of the lake. For mountain lovers: 65 km Madonna di Campiglio, the pearl of the Dolomites (winter sports, paragliding, trekking, hiking, mountain biking). About 2 km from the pier with ferries to other renowned places on the lake. A large amusement park is 73 km away.

    “Hätten uns auch Deutsches Fernsehen gewünscht (nur Italienische Sender). Zwei Liegestühle wären besser gewesen zum Entspannen. Keine Kaffeemaschine! Wenn wir nicht eine Maschine mitgenommen hätten, wäre unser Frühstück nicht so schön gewesen. Keine Eierbecher, allgemein sehr begrenzt Ausgestattet. Auch dass der Vermieter versucht hat uns 5.- Euro pro Tag an Nebenkosten zu berechnen, obwohl in der Objekt Beschreibung die Nebenkosten dabei waren.     “Durch Zufall haben wir diese Ferienwohnung entdeckt und haben den Aufenthalt etwas abseits des Zentrums, mit einem herrlichen Garten und viel Ruhe sehr genossen! Die saubere Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen und ist in ihrem ganz eigenen Stil eingerichtet - Altes trifft auf Modernes. Die Besichtigung der Villa und der kleinen Kirche war ein interessantes Erlebnis für uns. Die Stadt ist mit einem 20 minütigen Spaziergang schnell zu erreichen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, wir kommen gern wieder!
