Holiday apartment with modern furnishing, a loggia and a private garden, on a holiday complex with a communal poolThe holiday apartment is on a well-maintained holiday complex in the hills behind Garda. The apartment faces the rear, so that neither street nor pool noise can be heard. It is about 4.8km to the famous Lake Garda.The property is a ground-floor apartment with around 75m² of living space, comprising a combined living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen cupboards are stocked with salt, sugar, coffee and dried herbs from the garden. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180cm wide). The two bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. One also has a hairdryer. The larger bathroom also has a washing machine for use free of charge. Please note that the accommodation has heating throughout, but no air conditioning.The apartment features a loggia with a comfortable sitting area, looking out over the pool landscape. In the rear part of the outside area there is a private garden with a terrace, for undisturbed sunbathing. There are also two deckchairs and a gas grill. The shared area on the complex has a swimming pool with loungers, about 20 metres from your accommodation. There is a separate kids’ pool within the large pool. Two private garage parking spaces are available.Please note that the holiday complex and the apartment are barrier-free, except for the shower and garden area.In Castion Veronese, a little village with the charm of Italy, you can find a little grocery shop, a pizzeria, a bar and two restaurants. The village centre is about 300 metres from your accommodation and within easy walking distance. The holiday complex is an ideal starting point for trips by car or bicycle. The centre of Gada and the lakeshore are about 4.8km away. With a surface area of about 370km², Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy and promises a range of lakeside fun. It is about 8.4km to a large shopping centre, for leisurely shopping trips.
