In Schleswig-Holstein, the land between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, Friedrichskoog and Marne are located on a beautiful peninsula in the North Sea and right next to the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park, the largest of its kind in Central Europe. A development of cosy holiday homes has been built here. Comfort, functionality and a cosy atmosphere await you here. The local tourist office will be happy to help you plan activities and excursions in the surrounding area.


The holiday homes are located next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village you can also quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.

There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.

***As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.

Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. However, the popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will not be possible again until April 2025.

The spa gardens will also be remodelled and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.

This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive, even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.***

    “Das Objekt ist für sechs Erwachsene, ein Kind und zwei Hunde ausgeschrieben. Wie und wo die Lebewesen in dem Objekt untergebracht werden sollen, ist uns ein Rätsel. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene, ein Kind und ein Hund und hatten kaum Platz. Besonders das Unterbringen des Kinderbettes und der Platz für den Hund zeigten sich als äußerst problematisch.     “Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war umfangreich. Ein Manko ist das Badezimmer-Dachfenster. Bei diesem muss man mindestens 1,83 m groß sein um es auf einem Stuhl auf und zu zu machen.”

    “Wir hatten einige schöne Tage in Friedrichskoog - Familie mit Kind und Hund. Die Räume sind praktisch aufgeteilt, die Buchung und Übergabe lief reibungslos, das Haus war sauber, die Aufbewahrungsfläche in der Küche war uns etwas zu wenig, dafür die Ausstattung umfangreich- das einige was fehlte war ein Messbecher.
    Bei einer Renovierung der Häuser würde ich mir allerdings keinen Teppichboden im Wohnzimmer und keine Stoffsitzgarnitur wünschen. Für einen Kurzurlaub werden wir sicherlich wieder ein Haus buchen und die tolle Lage genießen.”

    “Austattung und Lage top. Parkanlage super gepflegt.
    Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fliegengitter, da Löschteich in der Nähe und daher viele Mücken.
    Abfluss Dusche entwickelte fauligen Gestank. Da Haustiere erlaubt sind, wäre ein Fußbodenbelag mit Fliesen oder Holz an Stelle von Teppich vorteilhafter.”

    “Diese Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Top Lage zum Hunde- und Badestrand. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich aufgeteilt. Wir haben im Herbst schöne Abende vor dem Kaminofen nach ausgiebigen Saunagängen verbracht.
    Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos und die Kaution wurde nach Abrechnung der geringen Nebenkosten pünktlich ertstattet.
    Problemloser Urlaub in sehr schöne, Haus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.”
