Appartamento con entrata indipendente e piccola corte privata interna .

Luminoso appartamento a pochi passi dal centro storico Posizionato in Borgo Giannotti ,uno dei quartieri più antichi di Lucca , l'appartamento è molto ben collegato con il centro storico che si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi oppure in autobus . la fermata si trova proprio di fronte all'ingresso,.L'appartamento si trova in una posizione tranquilla, dotato di entrata indipendente e di posto auto privato .

Il piccolo giardino interno è dotato di gazebo con tavolo e sedie , davanti alla'ingresso invece c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente un'auto

L'appartamento posto al piano terra di un piccolo stabile residenziale ,si apre su un luminoso living con angolo cucina, tavolo da pranzo e angolo relax con divano e tv. Completa la zona giorno un bagno con doccia La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigo con piccolo freezer. Dalla zona giorno si entra nella zona notte dove le due camere sono collegate direttamente al piccolo "giardino interno" .

L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere molto fornito di tutti i servizi , a pochi passi ci sono negozi di alimentari, tavole caldi, ristoranti e caffè .

    “Sehr gerne wieder. Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.
    Hätte gerne von zwei auf drei Wochen verlängert: Konnte ich leider terminlich nicht machen. Positiv: Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen schönen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Gemütliche Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder (auch für für zwei Personen gut). Schöne kleine Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Schnakenmittel nicht vergessen. Der Kontakt zu Cinzia, der Verwalterin, war unkompliziert und sehr nett.
    Die Lage zur Altstadt (700m) einfach toll. Negativ: Sehr kleine Dusche, aber auch Alternative im Bad ist möglich.”
