A very cosy holiday home for a stay of 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and a combi-microwave. You can sleep downstairs in the cosy bed or upstairs in the loft in a double bed. The bathroom has a separate toilet, washbasin, bath and separate shower. The Vissershuisje has its own garden at the front, giving you complete privacy. Pets are not allowed in this house.

From the holiday home you can visit the historic cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. These cities are 11 kilometres away. Hoorn is known for its many old monuments and canals around the centre. The holiday home is also only 30 km from the world-famous harbour towns of Edam and Volendam. The area is ideal for exploring by bike. It is wonderful to cycle along the dyke with an unobstructed view of the water. A small beach is not far away and the water is relatively shallow, making it suitable for children. Worth a special mention is the recently opened Marker Wadden (2018), a beautiful nature project in the Markermeer. The Marker Wadden, which consists of 5 islands, can only be reached by boat. There are observation towers in several places, including the 12-metre-high "Steltloper", 12 km of hiking trails and long beaches with shallow water. A must for birdwatchers.
