The Concha apartment (Clavells 1 1er D) is a house on the beach of Alcudia that has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.

The apartment is cozy, modern and has 80 m² of living space plus another 50 m² of terrace.

The house is located in a family neighborhood by the sea.

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.

The marina of Puerto Alcudia is a just 2 km. away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.

    “Die Ausstattung ist bis auf eingeschränkte Heizmöglichkeiten und vor dem Hintergrund einer überkompletten Küchenausstattung eigenartig anmutender nur 2 Herdplatten super. Backofen, Mikrowelle, 2 Duschbäder mit WC, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Außengrill, Außenesstisch und Außenlounge für mehr als 6 Personen. Sehr schattig auf großer Außenterrasse. Ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 500m bis 1 km entfernt. Zum Zentrum ca. 1,5 km am breiten Strand entlang. Strand in 100m ist sehr für Kinder geeignet. Strandbar in 200m Entfernung. Parkplatz unter dem Haus.”
