Lovely vacation home with private pool 21 km from Nice and 13 km from Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The villa has an enclosed garden and a poolhouse with outdoor shower. Adjacent to the 6 x 12 m pool is a nicely furnished terrace. La Gaude is a village on the banks of the Var River and was long the home of French writer Marcel Pagnol. With its cobbled streets, old churches and beautiful facades, it makes a charming impression. The cemetery also boasts exceptional architectural gems. Take advantage of a very lively leisure center with an ecomuseum, cinema, theater and numerous shows. For active vacationers, wooded hills await for beautiful excursions. Every year in August, the Marcel Pagnol festival takes place. Above all, visit Saint-Paul-de-Vence, which is one of the most beautiful villages along the Côte d'Azur. Many artists and artisans have settled in this charming mountain village. Nearby, La Colle-sur-Loup, Gattières (7 km), Vence (9 km) and Saint-Laurent-du-Var (12 km) are worth a visit. Cagnes-sur-Mer with its horse racing track is also worth a detour. Nice attracts with beautiful pebble beaches and many exciting museums. This villa is ideally located to explore the region extensively. Its large and bright living room opens onto a spacious and pleasantly shaded terrace with garden views. The living areas of this multi-level accommodation are accessed by stairs, but face directly onto the pool. The bedrooms and a bathroom are on the upper floor. The discreet landlords live in their house at the back, but cannot see your area. A road runs nearby, but you can't see it from the villa. The tenant who occupies a studio at the very bottom of the house cannot see your garden and pool area.
