Splendid holiday home with private pool and sea view, located 11km away from Vence and 24km from Nice. This sublime designer villa, with luxurious and very contemporary design, nestles on top of a hill, offering a magnificent panorama of the wooded surroundings to the azure Mediterranean. In addition to the main part, this beautiful vacation rental offers several independent apartments with kitchen, one on the 1st floor above the main part and another with two bedrooms in the DRC. The main part offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a magnificent living room with terrace overlooking the view and an open kitchen. All chandeliers are Murano glass, the equipment is of high quality. The lush garden, completely fenced, planted with Mediterranean species, houses a pool and a pool house, and a zen space. In a clear, very quiet, in the wild, the most active can enjoy around an amusement park and the Marineland water park of Antibes, 25km, an equestrian center and a base d tree climbing at 20km. The nearest beaches offer various water activities. To bring back floral memories, do not miss the Château de Bellet and the exotic Phoenix Park of Nice, or simply the garden of flowers of Gattières (2,4km). A few kilometers from the villa begin the trails crisscrossing the bay of Saint-Jeannet, famous for climbing and hiking at 802 meters altitude, in the Grasse Pre-Alps. Note that the apartments are only accessible via independent entrances. An apartment with two beds is located above the main part with access via stairs to the outside, on the right side, and the second, with two rooms (No. 5 and 6), below the main part , is accessible from the outside, without stairs. A last room (n ° 4), with fitted kitchen area and shower room, also below the main part, is also reachable only from the outside.
