It can accommodate 4 people and consists of a covered terrace, a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom on the first floor and a children's room in the attic. The neighboring house with reference number FAT060 can accommodate 2 additional people. The domicile has a beautiful pool that you share with the other vacationers, it is heated from June to the end of September and accessible between 10 am and 7 pm. The owners are on site and will take care of you if you have any questions.
On the hills between Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen, close to the Dordogne, Gers and Lot, there are many sights, villages and beautiful country houses like Pujols and Penne d'Agenais to visit.
You can take long walks or bike rides here. The cottage is located on the edge of the GR65 (Way of St. James) and near many hiking trails. Go horseback riding between Quercy and Périgord Noir in Pailloles (18 km), discover the world of truffles or bees in Tournon-d'Agenais (28 km), rent a canoe and explore the farmers markets , inns, local producers Our terroir offers a rich and varied gastronomy. Above all, take time to taste Agenais, a delicious IGP wine produced in the town of Sembas.
