Beautiful, modern and bright holiday villa with private pool on 3 floors in a quiet and familiar neighbourhood of Finestrat.

The villa can accommodate 8 adults and 3 children, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet as well as a fully equipped designer kitchen. The holiday home is attractively decorated with attention to detail and in a minimalist style.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light into all rooms. The home automation system allows you to control all the villa's equipment: access, lighting, blinds, air conditioning and underfloor heating.

It also has a large heated infinity pool and an outdoor barbecue. Baby cot available on request.Although it is easy to order and use a taxi or use the public buses, we recommend our guests to rent a car to be as flexible as possible during their stay.

With panoramic views of the Benidorm skyline and the intense blue of the Mediterranean Sea in the background, this is the perfect place to relax.
This holiday villa is located in a quiet area. At the foot of Puigcampana you will find numerous routes for hiking, cycling and climbing.

You are also very close to the lively town of Benidorm, the nearest 9-hole golf course and the 18-hole Villaitana golf course with sports and wellness facilities, and just 5 minutes from the shopping centre and the best theme and water parks in Spain. The fine sandy beaches of Benidorm are just 5 minutes away.

Please note: The house is not suitable for groups of guests under 30 years of age. Please note that although the pool heating can be activated in the cold season, the water temperature remains slightly cooler as it is an uncovered outdoor pool.
