4-bedroom townhouse located in Varandas do Lago, between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and at just about 20 minutes (less than a mile) walk from the beach. The private pool and the games room are just some of the amenities that this house has.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, configured as follow:
Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom;
1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom;
1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom with bathtub;
1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom with bathtub;
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The living room is bright and harmonious. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, internet connection via Wi-Fi and has air conditioning for the warmer days. Slightly raised, we have the dining area consists of table and chairs and with a view towards the terrace that sits directly above the pool. This terrace has a set of outdoor furniture where you can relax and watch who is in the pool.
Next to the living room there’s the kitchen, fully equipped and with direct access to the outdoor dining area and BBQ.
In the basement, there’s a recreation area consisting of a pool table and a TV with a games console where you can play games or watch movies.
The outdoor area has a nice pool with about 8 meters in length by 4 wide, it has some sun loungers and parasols scattered alongside it so you can catch some sunshine.
There is a gas BBQ next to the outdoor table with shade and seating for 8, outdoor sofas and another private terrace on the first floor with table and chairs.
The property has private parking right in front of the entrance.
