• All holiday apartments (studios) have been modernized since 2018 (new bathrooms, new floors, new doors, new televisions), are on the ground floor, fully furnished, and have their own generously covered terraces. All windows in the holiday apartments (studios) are equipped with shutters and fly screens.
• From the terrace, you can access the sunbathing lawn directly at ground level, which adjoins the Ossiacher See/Seebach.
• 1 parking space is available free of charge for each holiday apartment (studio) . Additional parking spaces are available for €10.00 per day and vehicle. Reservation is not required. Public parking is not available.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge for the duration of your stay
• Each holiday apartment (studios) is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
