Nice Apartment in Azenhas Do Mar with Spacious Garden

Situated in Azenhas do Mar, one the most typical villages of Portugal, located 40 minutes from Lisbon Airport by car. By train and bus you can reach us in 1h15m.
At 5 minutes walking distance you'll find 3 restaurants, 1 supermarket, 1 mini-market, 2 coffee-shops, 1 hairdresser, 1 butcher and 1 self use laundry. Access to little beach and large ocean pool at 50 meters. Just by the house we have private car park only for our guests.

Apartment in chalet of the early twentieth century, recently restored. Traditionally decorated, offering the necessary comfort. Situated on the coast, in typical village, 50 meters from the beach, natural pool and close to natural park Sintra-Cascais. Very safe area, with private car park. Private garden ideal for recreation and meals.

Nice apartment composed by one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with one bunk bed (sleeps 2), living room and dinning room. One bathroom with bidet and standup shower. Kitchen equipped with double induction plate, microwave, regular fridge with freezer, toaster and coffee machine. Spacious garden containing outside table and chairs for a meal, two sunbeds and one large clothes line.

Bar club with public ocean pool and little beach - 50 meters.

    “Praktische woning, al het nodige is aanwezig. In- en uitchecken was prima geregeld. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Doordat woning dicht aan Atlantische Oceaan ligt, soms wel wat klammig aanvoelend.”

    “Tolle Erfahrung! Gut gelegenes Haus mit Restaurants, Supermarkt und Minimarkt innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Großer Garten mit guter Sonneneinstrahlung. Große Küche und gutes Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer und Esszimmer mit Klimaanlage. Nachts herrscht Luftfeuchtigkeit, die vom Atlantik herrührt, der nur 50 Meter entfernt ist, aber mit den im Haus vorhandenen Klimaanlagen ist das kein Problem. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Gutes WLAN”

    “Very good area,and good house,
    But with a pour cleaning, smell bad,
    They need a good clean to take a mould smell, in the last days we sleep in the garden because I'm allergic,and can't breathe ?? in last days.
    Left some pads for smell but does not work.
    And about the clothes, just have one set of towels for personand one set of sheets for bed....
    I work with a Airbnb in England and normally we left 2 sets of towels and sheets for the guests.
    I hope you change and clean and paint the house inside to take all bad smell.
    But they were very kind when check in.
    Thank you.”

    “Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, immer ansprechbar und gastfreundlich. Sehr netter Empfang.
    Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war super. Sehr nah am Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
    Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Auch mit Waschmaschine.
    Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super.
    Der Gesamteindruck ist hervorragend.
    Die Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert.
    Für Familien super geeignet.
    Sehr hundefreundlich.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt inmitten des Zentrums von Azenhas do Mar. Dieser ist ein kleiner trubeliger Ort in der Nähe von Sintra. Gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus). Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine gute Größe und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet.”
