Es Turrió is ideal for a holiday with several families or friends. It is located on a hill, not far from Son Carrió in a quiet rural area. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the coast from Porto Cristo to Cala Millor.
This villa is built on a hillside and has 3 levels, which are connected through an internal staircase. Each floor has its own character. The spacious room layout and the harmonious interplay of modern and classic elements create an ambience in which one immediately feels like at home.
The villa is surrounded by a garden, making it an ideal place to relax. The pool area with jacuzzi and the terraces with sun loungers and the spectacular views create such a pleasant atmosphere that you almost don't want to leave the house. It is also an ideal place to enjoy the legendary Majorcan evenings.
Two entrances with electrically opening wrought iron doors lead to the main entrance with side parking and a ground floor entrance with covered parking for 4 vehicles and a large terrace for parking, as well as a play area for children, and a covered area with a table tennis table.
All outdoor areas of the house are connected by paths and stairs. For the safety of children, the pool area is closed by a wrought iron fence.
THE MAIN HOUSE consists of ground floor and first floor.
THE MAIN FLOOR constitutes the center of the house with access to the street level. The entrance is under a covered porch, from there you enter the entrance hall, and from there a staircase leads to the basement flat and up to the first floor. To the left of the entrance hall is the living room and to the right another door leads to the bedroom area.
LIVING AEREA: dining room for 10-12 people, TV lounge with sofas and fireplace, both with access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is connected to the terrace through a laundry room.
BEDROOM’S AREA: a suite of 38 m² with bathroom, living room with sliding doors to the bedroom and access to the covered terrace. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and 2 further bedrooms.
THE FIRST FLOOR has two bedrooms and a bathroom. On one side is a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. If the other bedroom is not occupied, it can be converted into a suite. On the other side is a bedroom/study with a desk, a sofa and armchairs. This bedroom has access to a 19 m² terrace.
GROUND FLOOR / APARTMENT FOR 2-4 PEOPLE
On the ground floor is a apartment of approx. 90 m² with independent access to the inside of the house or to the outside, with 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200cm), bathroom with shower, kitchen, a large living-dining room with fireplace and a sofa bed 160x190cm. The dining table seats 14 people.
