Villa Old Olive 1 is a luxuriously equipped villa with swimming pool located in a small village called Salvela, not far from the town of Vodnjan. The villa is located in a good location that will allow you peace and privacy.
Around the house is a private garden with swimming pool (pool depth: 1.40 m, pool measures: 10 x 6.5 m), olive trees and a large terrace with sun loungers. Relax and dive into a large swimming pool where also the youngest ones can enjoy, because there is a shallow section intended for children. Beside that, the youngest can have fun playing on a trampoline in the garden, or to peek into the playroom that is located in the basement of the house. Billiards, table tennis and table football are at your disposal.
The house is divided into three floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor there is a modern and spacious living room with dining room and kitchen, from which it is possible to access a beautiful balcony with table and chairs. If you would like to spend time outside the villa, we advise you to visit the nearby Fažana or Peroj and visit their beautiful beaches.
