Holiday park in a quiet and beautiful landscape, ideal for hikers and those seeking peace and quiet


The holiday village is in Lichtenau-Husen in the Altenautal, on the edge of the Teutoburger Wald nature reserve, Eggegebirge and Sauerland. The pristine and varied Mittelgebirge landscape provides the perfect setting for nature lovers, hikers, winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet. The landscaped park is on a south-facing slope and offers 23 brick-built bungalows with a total of 54 holiday apartments, which can be used both in summer and in winter. The location, space and vegetation ensure plenty of privacy.



The park is closed to car traffic and has two large parking spaces at the upper and lower end of the park. Owing to the mountainous nature of the park, some houses are less suitable for guests with restricted mobility. The holiday village provides peace and quiet, a beautiful landscape, clean air, hospitality and entertainment, with two playgrounds for children of different ages, a 14-hole mini golf course, a table tennis table, volleyball and football. The park has a bar/restaurant with a wide choice of culinary delights. The cuisine is excellent and the prices are family-friendly. During the main season the restaurant is open daily from 10.00 to 24.00, Sundays from 10.00 to 22.00, with Monday as a day off. There are also a reception and a launderette with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.



You can either bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels, or hire them from the reception, with beds ready made on request. There is free Internet access throughout the park site. The properties in the holiday park are let out exclusively to private guests. We advise that we do not accept requests from companies for accommodating workmen.



The Atteln natural pool is just 2km away and invites you to swim in chlorine-free Altenau water. There are everyday shops in Atteln 2km away, or at Lichtenau 5km away. The regional university town of Paderborn 20km is recommended for a trip, with a range of shopping facilities and all the sights of a historical town. The pristine and varied Mittelgebirge landscape is a perfect setting for active nature lovers, hikers, winter sports fans, mountain bikers and those seeking peace and quiet. If you love playing golf then this is the right place for you, with eight well-tended golf courses within ca. 12-35km. There are many places of interest and attractions in the area. You can find brochures and information at the reception.

Das Ferienhaus ist im Europa-Feriendorf gelegen, einem Ferienpark am sonnigen Südhang des Altenautals. Das große Waldgebiet und die Berge laden zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen in der Umgebung, Prospekte und Ausflugstipps finden sie in der Rezeption. Das Haus ist sehr gut erreichbar über den parkeigenen oberen Parkplatz, in der Nähe befindet sich der Kinderspielplatz, die Minigolfanlage und das Restaurant.

Die geschützte Terrasse ist ausgestattet mit einer Markise, Gartentisch und Gartenstühlen, und bietet ihnen einen fantastischen Ausblick über das Altenautal mit Sonne von früh bis spät. Wie alle Häuser im Europa-Feriendorf verfügt dies Wohnung über einen kostenlosen WLAN Glasfaser-Internetzugang.
