The village of Otricoli (stores of all kinds), 4 km away, is famous for its archaeological excavations of the Roman "Ocriculum". The particularly favorable geographical position allows excursions to the cities of Umbria (Todi, Spoleto, Assisi) and to the cities of Roman Tuscia (Lazio), such as Tuscania, Tarquinia, Viterbo, rich in Etruscan finds. Within 50 km there are the lakes of Piediluco, Bolsena, Bracciano and Vico. To the beautiful city of Rome is only 65 km. On the first floor: spacious living / dining room with fireplace, billiards area, access to the equipped veranda. Large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher and high fireplace for barbecue) with access to the outdoor area.
