The comfortable Sissi House of about 65 sqm is located on the first floor and offers a spacious covered terrace, equipped with an awning, with a relaxing view of the surrounding greenery and the pool. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy yourself or where you can have an happy hour at the end of a day spent exploring the beauty of Lake Garda.
The holiday appartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and a small table top that can be used as a coffee corner for two. There is no table in the living room, but on cooler days it is possible to use the table on the terrace inside the flat. Comfortable sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children). Satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning available for guests. The sleeping area consists of a modern double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a single pull-down bed. Windowed bathroom with shower box, hairdryer and washing machine at guests' disposal. Convenient reserved parking space in the garage. Non-smoking flat. Pets not allowed.
The total price consists in:
