The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2018, renovated in 2019 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For common use are available: grill possibility. garden

Premantura. The holiday apartement is located on a 200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Residential building with three apartments is located in Premantura in an ideal location, near the Kamenjak Nature Park and only 400 meters from the sea. The apartments are located on the ground floor, first floor and attic of the building and each has its own terrace or balcony and free internet access. The interior of all apartments has been recently renovated and is furnished in a simple and modern style. Do not hesitate and ensure yourself and your family a great holiday in the south of the Istrian peninsula! The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car).
