Villa Nin 2 is located in the royal city of Nin, only 17 km from the historic city of Zadar. The villa is ideal for all lovers of sea activities, delicious gastronomic offer and beautiful sunsets. Likewise, the villa is 800 metres from the sandy Kraljičina beach, where both children and adults will enjoy swimming and having fun until sunset.

The villa was built in a contemporary construction style, is fully air-conditioned and offers 250 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 730 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms with a double bed. One room is on the ground floor, and the remaining three are on the upper floor. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is also a large terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee.

On the ground floor there is a living room where you can relax on a spacious corner sofa, using a coffee table and watching TV. Right next to the sofa there is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. Of course, there is also a modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need to easily prepare meals for your loved ones.

The pool, 32 m2 in size and 1.6 metres deep, is located on the outdoor terrace, which can be reached directly from the living room and dining room. Next to the swimming pool, on the sunbathing area, there are 8 deckchairs for resting the soul and body and soaking up the warm rays of the sun. There is also a covered outdoor table on the terrace, perfect for evening socializing and dining, and you can also use the outdoor gas grill.

There will be no shortage of fun thanks to the volleyball or soccer field, darts and table tennis, which you can play together with family and friends to make your stay even more cheerful and pleasant.

Additional equipment that is close at hand and of great use during your stay are a washing machine, an iron, and 2 extra beds for two additional people. There is also 1 separate toilet, and children can use a feeder and a cot.

The yard of villa Nin 2 is completely fenced, the greenery prevails, where the youngest will have the most opportunities for carefree play and fun.

The city of Nin is a romantic city, ideal for families with children, and for all those who are fond of exploring historical sights. Some of them are the church of St. Cross, also known as the smallest cathedral in the world, prince Višeslav's Baptistery, the Museum of Nin Antiquities, and the monument to prince Branimir. The Nin bridge that connects the old part of the city with the new one is certainly famous, there are cafes and restaurants, and the lungomare where you can walk and enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea.
