The standig individually holiday home, built in 2022 is modern and luxury furnished. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Premantura. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed plot. Enjoy a wonderful vacation in the newly built villa with swimming pool, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Istrian peninsula. The villa enchants with its location, spaciousness of all rooms and absolute privacy. The interiors are luxuriously furnished, with lots of light, and special attention has been paid to the details. Youth groups are not permitted. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 3 cars).

air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 6 m, depth 1,4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.

Shopping opportunity 20 m, restaurant 20 m, town center 20 m. Pula: railway station 13 km and airport 7 km.In summer: Bathing possibility 400 m in Premantura (beach 800 m in Premantura).
