Only 300 m from the house there is a konoba, café, shop, butcher and children's playground. The famous and popular tourist town Poreč is 8 km away from the house. On completely enclosed property there is a swimming pool of 20 sqm, a covered terrace with sitting set, barbecue, lounge set, sun chairs and two parking places at guests` disposal.

It consists of living room with sofa set, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms, one with private shower/toilet and the other with bath/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
