Villa Sunnyside is a modern vacation home with pool on the edge of the village of Dracevac.
The house was built in 2020 on the site of an old stone house, from the old house only an old cistern remained where the homeowner has set up a beautiful wine cellar. Situated on its own plot with a well-kept lawn, Villa Sunnyside offers guests an infinity pool of 30 square meters with a large sunbed, barbecue, table tennis table, dartboard, dining table for outdoor dining and two parking spaces.
Vacation home for 6 people, with a living area of 170 square meters on two air-conditioned floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and seating, wine cellar, laundry room with washing machine and a shower/WC. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/WC and satellite TV. Two of the rooms have a double bed and one has two single beds.
