The holiday apartment, a separate extension to the house, is located on the owner's 1800 square metre, quiet residential property in the centre of Plau, directly on the Müritz-Elde waterway. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants within a radius of just 100 metres.

The holiday apartment, partially renovated in 2017, is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table, bedroom (double bed, wall bed), kitchen (simple electric cooker, fridge, mini oven, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC (underfloor heating, completely renovated in 2017), cot and high chair, electric heating. At your disposal: furnished terrace, deckchairs, pavilion, small children's playground, bicycle storage and car park, bed linen, final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets: Dogs are allowed in this property.
The climatic health resort of Plau am See is a small town in the Mecklenburg Lake District with a long tradition as a holiday resort. At 38.4 km², the lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Bathing beaches, boat and bicycle hire, a diving and sailing school, climbing park, passenger boat trips and good fishing opportunities are all located in the town. There is also a picturesque old town centre with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.
