The holiday apartment for two people with a fantastic view is located on the 1st floor in one of the five apartment buildings in the lagoon town of Ueckermünde. The bathing beach on the Szczecin Lagoon with sports and play facilities as well as culinary offerings is only about 200 metres away. In the lagoon town itself, guests can take advantage of various services, such as a children's playground, a central barbecue area, bike hire and boat charters.

The approx. 53 m², comfortably furnished holiday apartment has a large living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed, flat-screen TV) with open-plan kitchen (electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, coffee machine, dining area), a separate bedroom with double bed and second flat-screen TV and a large bathroom with WC, two washbasins, hairdryer and shower.

A special HIGHLIGHT is the approx. 25 square metre furnished BALCONY, where you can enjoy romantic views of the Uecker and the marina at any time of day. (Smoking is only permitted here.) The apartment is also equipped with central heating, insect screens in front of the windows and free Wi-Fi. A car park is available within the complex. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.

The up-and-coming seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of around 12,000 and has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination. There is an old town worth seeing with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities as well as a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat trips to Poland and the island of Usedom. The well-kept lido with spa gardens and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon offers catering, beach chair hire and mini golf. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
