The location of the apartment allows direct access on foot to the Suna lakeside promenade, as well as to the characteristic bars of the area and the main services.
You will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars and beaches within walking distance with the possibility of going to the famous SUNA BEACH with swimming pools for adults and children and an adjoining beach. All directly overlooking the lake upon payment of an entrance ticket. On the contrary, the adjacent public beach with green lawn and trees that create a pleasant shade is free with free access. On the lakeside of Suna there is also a playground for the entertainment of the little ones. In the public car park adjacent to the apartment there is a charging station for electric cars.
Continuing on foot along the lakefront, in about 15 minutes you can reach the town of Pallanza with other beautiful gardens, restaurants and bars. There you will also find the port with boats to the Borromean Islands and the market on Friday mornings.
If you feel like walking or cycling, continuing on the cycle path that runs along the lake, you can also reach the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto and the town of Intra where there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and the large Saturday market. In Intra there is also the ferry port to Laveno in Lombardy or to other lakeside locations.

The Butterfly apartment is located on the first floor in a residential building located in the historic center of Suna, consisting of apartments arranged on three floors with garage for cars.

Upon request, there is a cot available for children up to 18 months. Spacious bathroom with shower. In the living area there is a new and comfortable sofa bed for two people. On a small terrace with seating you can enjoy your favorite drink or read a book. The apartment, on the first floor, is perfect for 4 people and has a lift which also makes it suitable for elderly people who wish to spend a holiday on Lake Maggiore without worrying about accessibility.
Please pay attention to the instructions for separate waste collection that you find in the apartment. On the ground floor near the electric gate there is the room with the recycling containers (non-recyclable, bio, plastic, glass, paper and tetrapak).
Access will be via keys in the Keybox. The code will be provided on the day of arrival upon receipt of your documents.
