Sancy Luxury Villa - 400m beach, ''Heated'' pool and Gym

Sancy Villa is located in the area of Agioi Apostoloi which is a beautiful area on the west side of Chania Prefecture (4.6km) and very close to the beach (400 meters).

In Agioi Apostoloi guests can find sandy beaches with crystalline waters the most famous and well-organised are Chrisi Akti and Agioi Apostoloi which are ideal for all ages. There are also some sea sports activities to enjoy here and many canteens to have a refreshment or a snack after your dive. This amazing villa was built very close to many amenities and facilities like taverns, shops, supermarkets gas stations, and bus stations. The most amazing golden beach is located only 400 meters away from the villa!

Within a small driving distance, guests can reach Chania town. In Chania, guests will have the opportunity to visit all the facilities and amenities that a town has to offer to the guests from cafes and restaurants to shops, bakeries, banks, etc. Last but not least, a walk in the Old Town and Old Port is mandatory, especially during the evening and night.

Indoor facilities
Sancy Villa is a three-floor building of 300 sqm, which can host up to 12 people, ideal for family or friends. The real heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen which is situated on the ground floor, fully equipped with branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. and a dining table for 12 people. Right next to the kitchen, there is an airy living room with a flat-screen ’’ TV and an amazing view of the exterior area of the villa. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. The villa has direct access to the pool from the living room. On the same floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with twin-size beds which can be converted into a double. These two bedrooms offer tranquillity to our guests. One of the bedrooms offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the same floor, there is a communal bathroom for all the guests with a shower.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. All of the bedrooms offer queen-sized beds where all of the guests can enjoy the Coco-Mat mattress. All of the bathrooms are ensuite to the bedrooms. One of them offers a bathtub to the guests while the rest offers a shower. The scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality elements, and the modern furniture create a cosy atmosphere.

On the lower level, there is one more bedroom with a shower and a double-sized bed. On the same floor, there is a Gym with all the necessary equipment to keep you fit on your vacation. In addition, there is a Playroom with a PlayStation 5 console where your kids can enjoy the games while you enjoy the Creta Sky, full of stars. The minimal furnishing of the house, the neutral palette of colours and the use of wood create the perfect haven for you to lay your hair down and relax away from the fast pace of life. Every little detail in this residence is specifically selected and designed to create a very friendly but at the same time comfortable and luxurious environment for our guests.

Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The outdoor heated swimming pool and the lounge space are the spots where you can rustle up a cocktail or relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset on the sun loungers. A dining table with 12 chairs under a pergola and a comfortable lounge on the patio where you can have a barbecue and the sunbeds create the perfect scenery where you can enjoy the Cretan sun. Your kids will be able to spend their day outside, playing in the kid's section pool, while you can have some quality time with your loved ones. Don't forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We require 7 days' advance notice for this amenity. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival.
