This particularly beautiful holiday home is an enchanting oasis of peace, surrounded by nature and conveniently located near Sant Llorent. An area surrounded by fruit trees welcomes guests and offers a view of the idyllic garden with terraces and lawns. At its centre is the highlight of the outdoor area: the decoratively tiled swimming pool. For your relaxation, there are two pretty little sun loungers by the 24 m² pool, which can be reached via steps. There is also an outdoor shower. The furniture on the tastefully furnished, light-flooded, bamboo-covered terrace invites you to linger and relax and is also perfect for a refreshing drink. The pretty dining table nearby simply invites you to dine outside and enjoy the rural views. In the evening, you'll love sitting in this attractive little spot and having a culinary BBQ, savouring the fresh local delicacies you bought the day before.

The interior of the property has a rustic and lovely feel and offers a great and cosy ambience. The terrace leads into the combined living/dining room, with the kitchen to the right. A door leads straight ahead into a hallway, from where you enter the bedrooms. Two of them are double rooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The second bathroom and the single bedroom are also located here. The pleasant ambience of this house is emphasised by its pretty individual pieces of furniture and the harmonious framework of light-coloured walls, wooden ceilings and terracotta tiles. On chilly evenings, the modern fireplace in the living room conjures up a cosy atmosphere and cosy warmth, while the satellite TV offers the opportunity to watch a good film on the comfortable beige sofa. The kitchen, with its eye-catching green wall tiles and beautiful views of the surrounding area, has everything you need for everyday cooking: ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. In the beautifully furnished bedrooms (two of which are air-conditioned), you are guaranteed a restful night's sleep and a lasting sense of relaxation. There are two beds measuring 1.5 x 1.9 metres and another measuring 0.9 x 1.9 metres. Two bright and fully functional bathrooms complete the interior.

Conveniently, the village shops are within easy reach. Attractive destinations close to the villa are Manacor (12 km) and Artà (11 km). In these two towns you will find everything you need for your daily needs. They also offer a nice selection of restaurants with very good Mallorcan cuisine. Several beaches in this eastern part of the island are within easy reach, such as Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Sa Marjal. Cala Rajada is about 20 km away in the north-east. The small Villa Garriga Nova is an attractively furnished and typically Mallorcan holiday home. It is located in a really quiet area, only about five minutes by car from Sant Llorenc. There is a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants.
Some of the particularly beautiful local beaches can be reached quickly by car.
