Unwind on 17,000 square metres of peaceful outdoor space with a variety of lounge areas, beautiful trees and a wonderful pool area. The 10 x 5 metre pool is the perfect place to enjoy both sporting and leisurely classes in the morning and start the new day feeling refreshed. Breakfast tastes particularly good on the large veranda with its enchanting view and there are several seating areas where you can relax and unwind. During the day, the sun loungers or the covered terrace area by the cosy pool house are tempting, where you can also sit in the evening and conjure up barbecue specialities in the practical outdoor kitchen. The little travellers will be delighted with the wide range of play options. By the way, you can catch even more panoramic views from the balcony - just keep your eyes and eyes wide open!

The interior of the finca is also very welcoming. When you enter the house through the main entrance, you will first find yourself in a spacious hallway, from which the staircase leads up to the upper floor. On this floor you will also find the large kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom en suite and a further bathroom. The living and dining room, located directly on the veranda, are harmoniously connected to form a lovely lounge area for spending time together indoors. A bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite is located on the 1st living floor. The simple, tranquil style of this finca with pool makes it easy to come here to relax and make the most of the beautiful time of year. All this at a good price-performance ratio makes this house a real tip for us! This solid holiday finca with pool welcomes you in a rural atmosphere and is located less than 3 km from the small village of Cas Concos des Cavaller, where you will find everything you need for your daily needs. About 14 km away is Campos, a charming little town with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Feanitx is 11 km away. In the coastal town of Porto Colom, just a quarter of an hour's drive away, you can stroll along the promenade or enjoy a dip in the Mediterranean.
