The villa is located in the well-kept, quiet residential area of Badia Gran, 23 km south-east of the island's capital Palma de Mallorca. The coastal settlement has various supermarkets and restaurants. The beautiful natural beaches of Sa Rápita and Es Trenc are only 30 minutes away by car.
