Behind the house is a covered terrace, which is also equipped with a dining table and seating. This is the perfect place to get together and relax in the hot afternoon sun. In the paved courtyard with Mediterranean plants, an outdoor shower is more than just a way to cool off in between: After long days at the beach, you can simply wash off the sea salt and sand and be perfectly refreshed for long evenings under the starry skies of Mallorca.
The 120 m² interior is spread over the entire ground floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned, so you won't be sweating in the living room or bedrooms. After all, what could be better than starting the day feeling refreshed? The cosy living and dining area is decorated in light colours; terracotta tiles, natural stone walls and light wood create a calm, pleasant atmosphere. This is pure hygge - experience the Mallorcan interpretation of the Danish lifestyle! You can watch your favourite channels on the large flat-screen TV and stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the house. The well-equipped kitchen has a spacious fridge in which you can easily store lots of groceries. Behind a summer kitchen with charcoal barbecue is an outdoor bathroom with shower and WC, and another en-suite bathroom belongs to one of the two double bedrooms. A third bedroom is available for a single person.
