Villa Armi is a modern villa carefully designed to create an intimate atmosphere with high standards and with beautiful surroundings, thoughtful design, and five-star service. With a privileged view of the hills and mountains of Apokoronas, extending to the blue strip of Souda Bay, Villa Armi is a brilliant reflection of the diverse scenery that surrounds it.
Indoor facilities
Villa Armi is a two-story villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of them on the upper floor, one with twin beds with a sea view, and another with a king-size canopy bed. The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a communal WC and an ensuite bathroom, and on the upper floor 2 ensuite bathrooms. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 42’’ Satellite LED TV. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The pool area and the lounge space with sofas make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Also, the pool can be heated, upon request at least 7 days in advance, at extra cost. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a gas BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy, giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan Sea. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.
Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request for an additional cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 °C depending on weather conditions. We request 7 days’ advance notice for this facility.
