From the entrance/living area you go down the staircase and reach the basement with its large tavern/living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, fire place, sat-TV and WC. In 1,5 km distance Caldana (super market, bank etc…), 5 km a shopping center (Gavorrano Scalo), 11 km Vetulonia (Etruscan necropolis), 25 km Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica (seaside resort with large sandy, free or equipped beaches and 27 km the characteristic small town of Massa Marittima. In abt. 300 m distance you will find a farm, where you can use a swimming pool and horse riding upon supplementary payment directly on the spot.
