This house offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach. You will find it in a quiet cul de sac of the urbanization Maryvilla. On three floors it houses separate residential units, and through the individual layout of the premises, several families or couples can spend their holidays together, but still live separately. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. On the pool level is a unit with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. Finally, in the basement there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The decor is cozy rustic. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing and for common evenings a nice barbecue area.
