3-Rooms-Designer apartment (built in August 09) and quality features, like parquet flooring, underfloor heating, floor-length windows, southwest balcony and the latest technical equipment.
In an exclusive, gated community located on the idyllic village pond. Only 350 meters from the beach and 300 meters from golf course removed. Close to all shopping facilities such as one of the best delicatessens on Sylt.

Equipment:

Kitchen/Dining: High quality kitchen with granite worktop, oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, broom cupboard and vacuum cleaners, coffee maker, toaster and to 1.80 m extendable dining table with 5 chairs.
2 Bedrooms: One bed with a 1,80 m wide double bed and one with two single beds, both with TV and radio. In the nursery or guest room are some children’s Living room with a 3,50 m wide extendable sofa-bed, cable TV, Internet access, PC, DVD, CD, printer, fax, copier. Many current DVD's, CD's, small library and board games are available.

In the hallway there are a cloakroom and a shoe cabinet.
Basement: A car parking in the garage stands for hire available. A washing machine and a dryer are available. Two bicycles are also available and can be found in the bicycle storage room.

Please note: In the main season, an understaffing surcharge will be charged for occupancy below three persons.

The location of the apartment:
The exclusive apartment is located in the center of Wenningstedt- only a few meters away from the idyllic village pond away, surrounded by trees and greenery. The beach and the famous restaurant “Gosch” and “Kliffkieker” are only 350 m removed. A high-quality equipment at the highest technical expertise and well-designed floor plans to create a quality living at a high level.

Wenningstedt lies on the edge of the dunes on the “Red Cliff”, located below the cliffs over the entire length of a beach resort, which has guarded beaches and separate dog beaches.
The community of Wenningsted is known for being family- friendly. Especially children have many opportunities to play on the beach, discover the Wadden Sea or visit the big playground (that contains a wooden pirate ship) as well as the circus of the island.

The village pond is the central point in the village of Wenningstedt. It’s a peaceful, quiet place in the middle of the small town surrounded by restaurants, terraces and houses designed in the classic architecture of Sylt with thatched roofs.
It can be found right between Hauptstraße (Main Street) and Friesenkapelle (Chapel of Frisians).

    “Ales super sauber und sehr schön ausgestattet. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hochwertig und vor allem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird (Küche komplett und perfekt ausgestattet mit einem tollen Kaffeevollautomaten, Spiele, DVD´s, Bücher, ... vorhanden).”

    “Ganz wunderbare, saubere Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, auch für Familien mit Kindern (Bücher, Spiele etc vorhanden). Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war ebenfalls super, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

    Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar, direkt neben dem Dorfteich. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befinden sich Bäcker und etwa in 5 Gehminuten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen an der Straßenseite, weshalb es dort u.U. etwas lauter sein kann, es überwiegen jedoch die vielen Vorteile dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung!”
