This charming holiday house in the first row is located in the Kattegat. The plot in Lumsås, between Klint and Havnebyen leads directly to the water. In the 70’s, a farmer had let out his property for the construction of 20 exclusive holiday homes. The region is very quiet as only the residents of the holiday home move around. From the main road, a pebble road leads through the fields and a beautiful landscape. This house is best suited, if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday with a view of the waves of Kattegat and hiking in wonderful nature. You can also go fishing. The house is just 10 metres above sea level and hence you can enjoy a nice view of the sea. You can also enjoy the magnificent view while relaxing in front of a cosy fireplace. You can enjoy sunlight all round the year and the spectacular view of the sunset. As a bonus, the kayak and the rowing boat are provided for free of cost (usage at your own risk). There is a football ground too. Enjoy your stay amidst a beautiful, glacial landscape. The shops and restaurants are close by, though you will stay in a peaceful location. You can oversee the island Hesselø towards north. You will live amongst nature influenced by the ice age. This region is a real paradise for fishing enthusiasts. Havnebyen, the unique fishing harbour of Odsherred is located close by. You can buy fresh smoked fish here. You can walk on the pathways from the house. A 10 km long path to the east leads to the Bay of Nyrup. You can also walk towards the west along the beach on a 6 km long path amidst nature.
