Impressive villa in a private residence close to the beach in the popular resort area Sa Coma, on the east coast of Majorca.
On the terrace with garden is a huge 12 x 6 m swimming pool (depth 0,80 mx 1,80 m) and rustic outdoor shower. Sa Coma is a small village near Porto Cristo on the east coast of Majorca. The clean and shallow sandy beach of Sa Coma extends over a length of almost 1 km. He has been awarded due to its excellent water quality with the blue flag . Behind the beach is the promenade which merges seamlessly into the southern resort of smaller S'illot.
The Mediterranean villa has, on 200 m² of living space spread over 2 floors, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in the lower level with access to the terrace with one bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and share the other two bathrooms. In the lower part there are also the living room with fireplace, wireless internet, terrace access and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.
