In the enchanting, isle of Ischia, pearl of the Gulf of Naples, comfortable villa with a wide garden, surrounded by typical terraced vineyards of the Piellero, well-know area for the production of wine, with a wonderful sight on the seaside, the countryside and on the Epomeo, an inactive vulcan. It is situated in a central position with respect to the main beaches of Forio: the Chiaia beach (2 km), Cava dell'Isola (1,8) and Citara (2 km) with the Poseidon thermal gardens. The villa, which is at only 300 mt far from the centre of Forio, is completely immersed in the countryside and it is therefore an ideal place to rest and at the same time to enjoy the natural and historical beauties of the island. It is provided with a private parking place.
Our offer is addressed to people who prefer stillness also in the midsummer, when the isle is full of tourists, and who wish to plan holidays autonomously without being tied to specific timings.
The food shops, which provide home delivery, are only 5 minutes walk far away. The bus stop is also very close (only 300 mt far away). You can reach the island by hovercrafts and ferries from Naples and Pozzuoli. The small tourist harbour of Forio is for hovercrafts only. The harbours of Casamicciola and Ischia Porto, both for hovercrafts and ferries, are respectively 7 and 12 km far away.
If you wish to leave your car at home it is possible to rent cars and motorcycles in the centre of Forio.

    “Das Haus selbst hat uns gut gefallen, der Vermieter hat uns mit einem Imbiss empfangen und war auch ansonsten bemüht. Zu bemängeln ist die Sauberkeit, z.B. bei der Dusche ist dringend ein Austausch erforderlich. Die Polstermöbel im Wohnbereich waren lange Zeit nicht gesäubert worden (Spinnweben und Schneckenschleimspuren). Außerdem sollte der Vermieter darauf achten, dass die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern den Kunden voll zur Verfügung stehen. War bei uns nicht der Fall, hier waren 1/3 mit alten Kleidern gefüllt. Schön wäre es auch, wenn im Garten nicht nur ein völlig verrosteter Grill stehen würde. Wichtig ist auch der Hinweis, dass das Anwesen nur durch eine teils steil ansteigende schmale Straße zu erreichen ist. Für Gehbehinderte nicht empfehlenswert.”

    “Sehr netter Empfang inkl. Erstverpflegung am Ankunftstag und Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche. Für 6 Personen viel Platz, Dusche im Freien, Liegestühle unter Palmen und vor allem der eigene Weingarten als inspirierendes Ambiente.
    Wir waren ohne Auto dort, was im Raum Neapel ohnehin zu empfehlen ist, zur Bushaltestelle sind es 10 Minuten, zum Deco-Supermarkt 7 Minuten, auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit.”

    “Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es war bereits für das Nötigste (kostenlos) gesorgt (Brot, Milch, Kaffee, Wein aus dem eigenen Rebberg und Bier). Der Blumenstrauss und frisch gebackener Kuchen auf dem Küchentisch machten den Empfang zu etwas Besonderem. Das Haus liegt toll am Rande von Forio in den Rebbergen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Wenn wir wieder da zu Besuch gehen würden, würden wir nach den zu erneuernden Matratzen fragen. Die Zufahrt und Einfahrt zum Haus ist sehr eng. Mit großen Autos z.B. Passat Combi muss gut acht gegeben werden. Auf einem Zufahrtsweg von ca. 200 m kann auch kaum gekreuzt werden, ist aber mit Geduld kein Problem. Unser Tipp: das Auto stehenlassen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.”
