How beautiful is the countryside, when it is just a five-minute’s drive from the village. So it is for this farmhouse, surrounded by old oak trees, fields and rolling hills.

Outside the villa you can imagine yourself under the pergola, with a glass of wine, good homemade bread, a few slices of salami while enjoying the sunset, the long shadows of the evening, colored in warm tones…and the scent of lavender and wild roses. Just a few minutes away, you will find Cagli, one of the most beautiful villages of this area, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The villa is well structured and appropriate to accommodate groups; on the ground floor the kitchen is large, bright and well equipped with professional facilities. There is a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, and an autonomous area with a study, bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a lounge with fireplace, a double bedroom with additional single bed and en suite bathroom with shower, other 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 with bath and 2 with showers.

The pool is big, with a nice area with sun beds, where you can sunbathe, have fun and enjoy the beautiful view, in total privacy.

    “Das Haus liegt ein wenig abgelegen auf einem Hügel oberhalb des kleinen Ortes Cagli. Man hat vom ganzen Grundstück einen atemberaubenden Ausblick (über Hügel, Wälder und in Richtung Cagli)- ideal auch zum Beobachten von Sonnen-auf- und untergängen. Der Pool und der Garten sind wunderbar und gut gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig um das Haus herum und man ist weit und breit alleine. Das Haus zu finden, ist bei der Anreise nicht ganz einfach, aber die Besitzer helfen gerne und holen einen an der Strasse ab. Das italienische Ehepaar ist sehr herzlich, offen und bemüht sich um das Wohl der Gäste. Das Haus selbst ist alt, aber sehr schön aufbereitet. Die Zimmer sind gross und mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet (Ausnahme ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten). Zu fast jedem Zimmer gehört ein Bad (zum Teil en suite) mit Badewanne/Dusche und WC. Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler und einen grossen Kühlschrank. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es ein paar Restaurants, in denen man (sehr) gut und günstig mit essen kann. Für den sonstigen Einkauf gibt es eingangs des Dorfes einen relativ grossen und grosszügig sortierten Supermarkt und im kleinen Städtchen auf dem Marktplatz einen Metzger.”
