Spacious holiday cottage with modern furnishings and a large roof terrace


This modern furnished Gran Canaria holiday cottage was built in 2008 and features more than 140 m² of living space spreading across two floors.

It boasts three beautiful and spacious bedrooms with either one double bed or two single beds, and with a wardrobe each. Both floors also benefits from their own bright bathroom, each equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The modern and spacious kitchen is complete with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, and a coffee machine. The air conditioned living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, satellite television, DVD player, playstation, and a stereo. The washing machine is located in a laundry room and is available for your use during your stay.

You can enjoy the sunny hours on the large roof terrace. The roof terrace is also a great spot to watch the sun rise and set. From here, you also have a stunning view of the mountains and the sea.

The apartment is some 5 minutes away from the beaches of “Playa del Cabron“ and “Playa de Arinaga“, where you can enjoy a choice of water sports, e.g. diving, windsurfing and fishing. Only a few minutes’ walk takes you to a wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, gymn and a sauna. A supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, and a post office are also in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is also located close to the airport (approx. 7 km) and only 4 km away from a large shopping centre.

    “Het is een keurig huis. Wij waren met zn tweeen, maar voor4 personen is het ruim genoeg. Hoewel er 3 slaapkamers waren, biedt het huis niet genoeg zit ruimte voor 6 personen. De keukentafel zou dan erg krap zijn en ook in de grote woonkamer staan dan te weinig stoelen. Het dakterras is ruim, maar niet voorzien van comfortabele (lig) stoelen. Hector en Sandrina hebben ons aller hartelijkst ontvangen en er stond een uitgebreid welkomspakket op de keukentafel. Ook was de keuken rijkelijk voorzien van koffie, thee, kruiden etc. We hebben een prima week gehad, dank daarvoor,

    “Außerhalb der Touriorte in einem ruhigen Ortsteil gelegen.
    Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Ich habe wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.
    Von Geschirr, bis Gewürze war alles da. Was ich noch nie erlebt habe, in all den Jahren nicht , war der volle Kühlschrank und Achen wie Brot, Kekse etc. Unglaublich freundlich und gastfreundlich.
    wünschenswert wären höchstens 2 Liegestühle auf der tollen Dachterrasse.
    Ich kann mich nicht erinnern so gut geschlafen zu haben. Nicht mal zu Hause. Sehr ruhig........
