Nice House in Zainingen with Private Parking

Spend your holiday with your family and dog in the countryside. Discover the unique landscape of the Schwäbische Alb in the biosphere reserve, where you can look forward to relaxing days.

This former locksmithery has been renovated and the interior fully refurbished, converting it into a holiday house for up to four people, with the possibility of further people on request. The house was classified as four-star in 2015 by the German Tourism Association (DTV). The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a TV, as well as a reading room with a sofa. The first floor has another bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and a reading room with a sofa. There is also a living room with a comfortable sitting corner and a TV. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen includes a dining space. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, coffee machine, coffee beans and a selection of teas, a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and ceramic pots and pans.

Outside a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol invites you to relax.

Towels, tea towels, bed linen and a hairdryer are available, as well as books, games, and maps. There are parking spaces in front of the house. There are two children’s beds and two highchairs available. You can hire four bicycles for cycle tours.

Zainingen is part of Römerstein and at 801 metres above sea level it is one of the highest Alb villages in the Reutlingen area, surrounded by a lovely landscape, which is charming both in summer and in winter. It is ideal for getting out and about in nature, surrounded by lovely hiking and cycling trails, with direct access to the core zone of the biosphere area of Schwäbische Alb. Various caves, castles and ruins, as well as thermal baths are in the vicinity. In winter there are ski lifts and marked cross-country skiing trails for those who enjoy winter sports.

    “Das Ferienhaus war so wie beschrieben und wie wir uns Dass vorgestellt haben, perfekt zum erholen und vom Alltag abzuschalten Positiv: Dass der Vermieter sehr freundlich war.
    Dass das Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße war, wo es ruhig war und man sich erholen konnte Restaurant: Gasthaus Löwen - Das Essen ist frisch und lecker, und der Preis ist für die Portionen was man bekommt sehr gut Ausflüge: Bobbahn Donnstetten - Macht richtig Spaß damit zu fahren, egal ob jung oder alt”

    “Es war eine superschöne Woche, wo man nach Tagesausflüge gerne wieder "Heim" gekommen ist,um den Tag auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen. Positiv: Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen an einer Nebenstraße, Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fußläufig in 3 Min.zu erreichen. Gastronomie am Ort,Landgasthaus Löwe,ca.5 Min. Sehr zu empfehlen, die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, Kaffeeautomat nebst Kaffee sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche im ersten Geschoss, 2 großzügige Schlafzimmer sowie ein gemütlicher Wohnraum, 2 Fernseher. Duschraum und Toilette mit Fenster, vor dem Haus eine Terrasse mit Bank, Stühle und Sonnenschirm. Super gut gelegen für Tagesausflüge, z.b. Hohenneuffen,Uracher
    Wasserfall,Freilichtmuseum Beuren ,Wimsener Höhle, .........
    Würde jederzeit wieder hier einchecken. Negativ: ?? Ahhh,jetzt, es gab kein W-LAN,aber wer braucht schon W-LAN im Urlaub, wir haben es nicht vermisst, ausserdem ist der Empfang von mobilen Daten hervorragend. Restaurant: Gasthof zum Löwen - Gut bürgerlich,gehoben,mit schöner Gartenterrasse, frische Küche, alles selbstgemacht, Spätzle, Super Kartoffelsalat, Garpunkt des Fleisches sehr gut getroffen, sogar Bratkartoffeln sind für den Koch keine Herausforderung, sehr nettes Personal, einfach lecker”
