This holiday house refurbished in 2014 is part of a bed and breakfast guesthouse near the old town of Castelnuovo del Garda.

The holiday house can accommodate a total of six people. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bed room with double bed and enough space for a possibly extra bed. On the first floor there are two triple rooms and the living room with a sofa bed for two guests as well as a bathroom. On the second floor you find two more rooms separated by a door and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen provides a fridge with freezer, gas hob, oven, dish washer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine and is at your private disposal. Air conditioning and wifi ensure pleasant temperatures even on hot days.

You can enjoy sunny days undisturbed on the big balcony, with garden furniture provided by the owner. The private garden us equipped with chairs, deck chairs and tables and has a stone oven grill for private use.

Ein großer Balkon bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, die sonnigen Tage ungestört zu genießen. Gartenmöbel werden hierfür vom Eigentümer bereitgestellt. Der private Garten bietet Ihnen Liegestühle, Stühle und Tische für die ruhigen Momente im Freien. Zur Verfügung steht hier auch ein typischer Barbecue-Grill aus Stein. Wenn Sie das ganze Ferienhaus buchen, steht Ihnen der ganze Bereich selbstverständlich zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

The centre of Castelnuovo del Garda about 1km away has public transport connections, as well as shops and restaurants and a train station, while Verona airport is about 20km away. Apart from the old town centre of Castelnuovo del Garda, of course the nearby Lake Garda is also worth visiting. For those with children, it is recommended to go on trips to the Gardaland and Movieland leisure parks, as well as to the safari zoo.
