Ideal for families or fishing enthusiasts: a detached little house just 100 metres from Lake Lungerer
This detached holiday house awaits you in a sunny and quiet location, central within the village and just 100 metres from the lake.
The little house provides around 40m² of living space, consisting of a little kitchen that is fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, fridge, freezer in the cellar for fish, an oven, fish smoker. The light living and dining room has a sofa and TV, fireplace and corner bench for six people. One bedroom has a bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the other has a bunk bed that is ideal for children. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
There is also a big terrace with a roofed dining space and a fabulous view in the direction of Lake Lungerer. There is an outdoor campfire area below the house, ensuring a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.
Fishing enthusiasts can process fish below the house. Two bicycles are available for trips around the lake. A boat for four people can be hired in addition. Two cars can be parked in front of the house. Children will enjoy plenty of space and playing on the lawn. The house is ideal for a family with up to two children, or for those who enjoy fishing.
There are shops and restaurants about 200-300 metres away.
